How to International customer Order?

In order to begin production on your order, please follow the steps below and review our Terms and Conditions before placing an order. ORDERING STEPS:

Visit our website to choose the product and quantity and submit a Request for a free quote via email.
Our team will email you within 24 hours. Once you approve the final quotation and you are ready to order, email us with a confirmation.
When replying back to the email please also includes the following information: Your name and shipping address, need by date

*** Step 2:

After we receive your roster, your invoice will be created and emailed to you. Please review it and when you are ready to make the payment you can use the payment options located on your invoice to pay online or you can contact our customer service to pay via credit/debit card. We accept the payment options below:

*** Step 3:

After we receive your payment, we will send your Order Detail within 24 hours or less. Please review it and reply back to our email confirming that your ORDER DETAIL is correct or we need to make any changes. Tracking number(s) for your order will be emailed to you once we ship out your order or contact our customer support to check on the status of your order

We have an in-house CAD design team who are experts in instrument drawing making and our die-making team leads the drawing into a top standard forging, after forging our expert engineers take care of the rest process till the end of the finished product.

You may send us the picture of any product you need we will manufacture same for you. We also offer private Logos and printing for our valuable customers.

PRIVATE LABELING:

Obexa Surgical offers to enjoy our wide instruments manufacturing experience with your brand name on the products and packing. We do offer a private logo on the product and also privately printed packing for the products. Normally we pack the instruments in poly bags or pouch.
Most of our beauty & Dental division clients demand printed packing with their own brand, and we do provide high-quality printing packing for the products. We offer the following braining services and materials to our valued clients.
